2. Service Agreements
All services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. By hiring us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding your property and specific gardening needs.
- Ensure access to the property during agreed service times.
- Compensate us as per the agreed pricing structure.
2.1 Booking and Scheduling
Services must be booked in advance. While we strive to accommodate all scheduling requests, availability cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 5% will be applied.
4. Responsibilities
Gardening Camberwell is committed to providing high-quality services. However, the client is responsible for:
- Notifying us of any specific requirements or areas of concern.
- Ensuring that pets and children are kept away from work areas for safety.
- Providing access to water sources if necessary.
4.1 Property Access
The client must grant us access to the property at the scheduled times. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
5. Liability
While we take all necessary precautions, Gardening Camberwell is not liable for any damage to property caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, pests, or existing structural issues.
5.1 Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against accidental damage or injury during the provision of our services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.
6.1 Remedies
Possible remedies include re-performing the service at no additional cost or providing a partial refund.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with proper notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
7.1 Grounds for Termination
Services may be terminated immediately if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, including non-payment or misuse of services.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official communication channels.
8.1 Acceptance of Changes
Continuing to use our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
